William Flenley QC
William specialises in professional negligence, contract and insurance law. He is co-author of the leading text, Solicitors' Negligence and Liability (2nd ed., 2008). After a number of years being ranked in the top tier of leading professional negligence juniors by both of the main directories, William took silk in 2010. In late 2011 he was elected Vice-Chairman of the Professional Negligence Bar Association. His practice encompasses claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants, financial advisors, insurance brokers, surveyors and valuers as well as associated insurance coverage issues. He is a trained mediator as well as a mediation advocate. He also acts as an arbitrator.
