Simon has experience of commercial contract disputes and construction litigation (particularly claims against 'professional' sub-contractors). He has also been involved in a wide range of insurance disputes involving points of construction, coverage issues, double insurance problems, misrepresentation, nondisclosure and alleged breaches of the insured's duty of good faith.
