This includes solicitors, barristers, accountants, financial advisers, surveyors, insurance brokers, architects and engineers. Our members have appeared in some of the leading cases on lenders' claims (Nationwide group litigation and Mothew).
We focus on what our clients want to get out of litigation and understand what drives the insurance market. Acting for both claimants and insurers, we bring a clear focus to the different elements of each case. This includes issues such as insurance coverage, early applications to strike out or for summary judgment, funding and costs.
Our members include prominent speakers and writers on the changing law of professional negligence.
