Hailsham Chambers are pleased to announce the relaunch of Lloyd's Law Reports: Professional Negligence, edited by members of Chambers Michael Pooles QC, Simon Wilton, Paul Mitchell, and Jacqueline Simpson.

Lloyd's Law Reports: Professional Negligence provides authoritative reports and judgments on all major professional liability cases against: accountants, lawyers, surveyors, estate agents, engineers, architects, and many other professions.

Previously only available as part of i-law.com, the headnoted cases will now be published quarterly in hardcopy.

Lloyd's Law Reports: Professional Negligence selects cases that have specific significance to the progression of professional negligence. They include comprehensive headnotes for easy reference and a point-by-point breakdown of the judgment, as well as providing access to all important decisions of the High Court and Court of Appeal (including online access to a 12 month rolling archive).
