• Nationwide BS v Dunlop Haywards [2010] 1 WLR 258, [2009] 1 Lloyd's Rep 447. An important new decision on contribution between
  valuers and solicitors in lenders' claims.
• Webster v Sandersons Solicitors [2009] PNLR 37: a new judgment of the Master of the Rolls, Arden and Lloyd LJJ on claims for loss reflective of a company's loss.
