  • Farraj v King's Healthcare NHS Trust and Cytogenic DNA Services Ltd. Court of Appeal. (2010) 1 WLR 2139 (2010) PTSR 1176 : (2010) PIQR P7 : (2010) Med LR 1 : (2010) 11 BMLR 131. Successful defence (with Martin Spencer QC) of liability claim for wrongful birth.

  • WS v Dr VA Clinical negligence claim relating to an undiagnosed urethral stricture that resulted in amputation. Jane successfully represented the Defendant in the fully contested trial on liability in January 2010. 

  • MB v St Mary’s NHS Trust [2007] Cerebral palsy case settled for 4.47 million. Acting on behalf of Claimant.
