Following successful completion of pupillage at Hailsham, Henry is developing his practice in all aspects of Chambers' work, including medical law, personal injury, and professional negligence claims, representing both claimants and defendants. During pupillage he gained particular insight into solicitors' negligence whilst with Glenn Campbell and Simon Wilton and into clinical negligence cases whilst a pupil of Alex Hutton. He regularly acts for clients in small claims and fast track cases and has conducted a number of applications relating to the summary judgment and judgment in default provisions of the CPR. Henry has a keen interest in regulatory work and particular experience of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
