These include the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Holland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jamaica, Jersey, New South Wales, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Tonga, Turks and Caicos, United States.
